1. DELIVERY TIMELINES & ESTIMATES

1.1 Standard Delivery Window: All items offered by  PRDX MAISON are subject to a standard delivery timeframe of 7 to 14 business days from the date of order confirmation.

1.2 Processing Period: Please note that "Business Days" refer to Monday through Friday and exclude Bulgarian public holidays. The 7–14 day window includes:

• Order Processing: [1–3] business days for quality inspection, protective packaging, and dispatch.

• Transit Time: The remaining period for our specialized carriers to transport the goods to your destination.

1.3 Estimated Nature of Timelines: The Customer acknowledges that the 7–14 business day window is an estimate based on average transit times provided by third-party logistics partners (e.g., Econt, Speedy, DHL, or freight carriers). While we make every effort to meet these timelines, PRDX MAISON is not liable for minor delays caused by carrier logistics, peak seasonal volumes, or transit interruptions.

1.4 Split Shipments: To ensure the safety of your goods, orders containing multiple items of different categories (e.g., a fragile mirror and a heavy rug) may be shipped in separate consignments. While we aim for all items to arrive within the 7–14 business day window, they may arrive on different days.

2. FREE SHIPPING ACROSS EUROPE

2.1 Shipping Cost: Delivery is free of charge on every order to all 27 member states of the European Union, with no minimum order value. The price you see at checkout is the final price, VAT included.

2.2 Where We Deliver: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
